VA Aid & Attendance

VA Aid & Attendance is a monthly benefit added to VA Pension for wartime veterans and surviving spouses who need help with daily activities. It can help pay for assisted living, memory care, board & care, and in-home care. It is one of the most underused VA benefits — many families who qualify don't know it exists. Jagua explains it in plain English, finds homes that fit, and connects you with a VA-accredited representative when you're ready — free.
