Cookie and Tracking Notice

This notice explains what runs in your browser when you visit jagua.ai, what it collects, and how to control it.
Our approach
We run as little as possible. Nothing that is not strictly necessary to operate the Site loads until you choose it. We do not use session replay software, we do not run advertising or social media pixels, and we do not permit third parties to collect data about you through our Site for their own purposes.
What runs before you choose anything
These are strictly necessary and cannot be turned off without breaking the Site.

Our servers also keep standard access logs — IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser type — for security and troubleshooting, retained for 30 days.
What runs only if you say yes

If you decline, none of this loads. Declining does not limit your use of the Site in any way.
We do not run advertising pixels, conversion tags, social media trackers, or session replay software, and we do not permit any third party to collect data about you through our Site for that third party's own purposes. If that ever changes, this notice and the consent banner change in the same release.
Conversations with Ask Jagua
Your conversation with our AI assistant is transmitted to and stored on our own servers and processed by our AI provider to generate responses. Jagua staff may review conversations for quality, safety, and troubleshooting.
We tell you this in the assistant before you type anything, and by starting a conversation you consent to it. No third-party session recording, keystroke logging, or replay tool is used on the assistant or anywhere else on the Site.
If you would rather not have a recorded conversation, email info@jagua.ai and we will arrange for a specialist to speak with you directly instead.
Your controls
- Consent banner. Presented on your first visit. Nothing optional loads until you choose.
- Change your mind. Use the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer at any time.
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out of all optional tracking and do not show the banner.
- Browser settings. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Strictly necessary cookies are required for the Site to function.
- Do Not Track. There is no industry consensus on how to interpret this signal and we do not respond to it. We honor GPC instead.
Changes
We will update this notice whenever we add, remove, or change a tracking technology, and revise the Effective Date.
